Whether you are a First Time Buyer, Relocating to the Boston area, a seasoned Investor looking at Massachusetts Foreclosures or just moving down the street; I have the experience and technical expertise to guide you through the process.

I have helped many families reach their dreams and look forward to the opportunity to help you reach yours.

Today ONE out of TEN homeowners are in distress due to the current economic environment. I have received the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert designation to help Massachusetts families that are at risk of losing their home through foreclosure in the Boston Area. Through my belief that knowledge is power, I have created the website www.MAAvoidForeclosure.com to help Boston families find the answers they are searching for.

Massachusetts has a lot to offer and each area provides a homeowner with a different sense of community. There are many places in the Boston metro area that you can call home and here are just a few:

Beacon Hill is one of Boston’s oldest communities. Beacon Hill is approximately one square mile and is bound by Beacon Street, Bowdoin Street, Cambridge Street and Storrow Drive. Beacon Hill Real Estate is renowned in the area and is considered one of the best places to live in the country. People instantly fall in love with Beacon Hill’s old world charm.

Back Bay is unique as it the most modern part of our vintage city. The land that Back Bay sits on today was actually reclaimed from the old “Back Bay”. The neighborhood is distinctly known as it is home to Newbury Street, Boylston Street, Commonwealth Avenue, and as well as two of New England’s tallest buildings; the John Hancock Tower and Prudential Center. Back Bay Real Estate is considered some of Massachusetts most fashionable places to live.

Brookline marches to its own beat as many people often mistake it as being part of Boston, but the local secret is that this small town sandwiched in between three Boston neighborhoods is actually part of Norfolk County. Brookline Real Estate is always in high demand as their schools are renowned and considered one of the best school districts in the area. Brookline residents have the best of both worlds as they are minutes from downtown Boston, but enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a more laid back suburb.

North End is one of Boston’s most historic neighborhoods. Most commonly known as an enclave of Italian immigrants, it is now a mixture of Italian Americans and young professionals who are attracted to its convenience to downtown, picturesque streets and views of the Boston skyline. Tourists and residents alike love the Waterfront along Commercial street, Christopher Columbus Park and the exceptional boutique shopping. The North End Real Estate is unique and character and is easily known for its “North End” charm.

My diverse expertise has provided me a unique background and experiences. Because of these experiences I was able to create these reports that will help guide you through the home buying or selling process. These reports include: 7 Secrets For Saving When Financing, 8 Secrets For Saving $$$Thousands When Buying, 49 Essential Buyer Tips, 12 Questions To Ask Any Agent, 44 Money Making Tips For Prep To Sell, Avoid 7 Costly Mistakes When Selling, Home Seller Fix-Ups, and Sell For Top Dollar. Please feel free to give me a call at 617-480-2600 if you should have a question about the material in these reports or a general real estate question. It would be my pleasure to assist you in any way possible.

Real Estate Tips
Selling Your Home >No Smoking

One of the issues that may come up during the sale of a home is pervasive odors, particularly cigarette smoke. If your home is on the market, it may sell more quickly if you temporarily make it a smoke-free zone. Many non-smokers are highly sensitive to the lingering presence of smoke.

The sense of smell is the most powerful of all the five senses. Be sure to keep your home aired out while it is on the market. If the weather is good, you can smoke outside or while taking a walk or a drive. Avoid heavily-scented room fresheners which combined with the smoke can be worse than the smoke alone. It helps to wash the walls and have drapes and upholstered furniture professionally cleaned. This is really a serious issue for many buyers, so don't limit your market by turning away non-smokers.
